We make every piece in our small metalsmithing workshop in Braidwood, Australia. We pride ourselves in designing and making each piece by hand – from the tooling right through to the finished product.

We recently re-branded! We were formerly Alison Jackson Studio, in 2021 we launched our new brand, Ferro Forma. We're so excited to introduce our new name and brand to you.

After 13 years, our name change is an exciting evolution of our business and one that truly reflects who we are now and into the future.

Yes we offer repairs for all Ferro Forma and Alison Jackson Studio pieces. Please email us an image of the piece that has broken and we can advise you further of the best approach and costs. We offer a range of services including repairs and re-plating to breathe new life into your piece, you can read more about these on via our care notes.

Have you lost one earring? Need a matching replacement?
Of course! The beauty in hand making each piece ourselves is that we can simply make you another, no matter how long you’ve had it for. We just ask you post us the one you still have so we can make a matching one and give the existing one a bit of a spruce up for you!
Single earrings are usually half the cost of a pair, email us at hello@ferroforma.com.au, including an image of the earring and we’ll get back to you with more information.

Please note we don't currently offer repairs for pieces that we haven't made.

At this time we aren't taking on commission work.

All our products are carefully packed in our high quality branded boxes. Online orders are carefully and securely wrapped and packaged for shipping in a sturdy shipping box, insuring they arrive safely with you, just as they left us.

We offer both Australia Post regular and express shipping options, both sent with signature on delivery service.

Express does not expedite your piece in the making queue.If selected, we simply send your order express post once it is completed within our Made To Order timeframe. 

If we are out of the workshop and thus have a shipping delay, this will always be noted in the shopping cart at checkout. If for any reason there is an unexpected delay, we will always let you know by sending you a quick email. 

All our collections are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your piece to be
made. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

We only offer free local delivery to Braidwood and surrounding villages in the 2622 postcode, this is automatically applied at checkout. We'll be in touch to arrange once your order is ready.

Outside of this, unfortunately, we aren’t able to facilitate workshop order pick-ups.

Yes, we can ship internationally. Send us an email with the pieces you would like to order along with your address and we’ll let you know the postage cost details.

Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

In the unlikely event where a product ordered arrives in a damaged state, and it was fault from us, a replacement or refund will be offered. For more information please see our Shipping + Returns page.

We are strong advocates for creatives being able to operate financially sustainable businesses. In line with this, we have a select number of places reserved for consignment stockists and these places are currently full. We work very closely with these stockists and have an amazing relationship with them. We aren’t able to support any additional places at this time due to the heavy financial liability consignment places on our business. We hope you understand and please get in touch if you wish to apply to be a wholesale stockist.

The workshop is a busy place and as such we aren't open to the public.
